Father Christmas and his woodland helpers are visiting the Rock Houses this December. Have a festive breakfast story in the sandstone cave, or take part in creative Christmas activities, write a wish for the world and receive a gift from Father Christmas.

Come along and have breakfast at the Rock Houses then gather round and listen to Father Christmas tell festive stories in the cave. Recieve a Christmas gift at the end of the storytelling session.

Breakfast stories are available on 8, 15 and 22 December 8:30 - 9:30. Ticket price £12.50 per child, accompanying adults are £5.50 each. Drink and breakfast pastry included.

Ticket prices do not include entry to the Rock Houses. Rock Houses open at 10.30am and normal admission prices apply (free for National Trust members) if you would like to visit after Breakfast Stories with Father Christmas.

Or, take a walk through the woods to the Rock Houses where Father Christmas, dressed in traditional green robes and assisted by his woodland elves, will be waiting to give you a gift. Create a Christmas decoration to take home, make magical natural reindeer food to sprinkle on Christmas Eve, create a wish for the world and hang it on the wishing tree before exploring the site for hidden gnomes.
