On 11th August, between 11 and 3, join members of DASH Astro astronomical society to examine the sun more closely through special observation equipment. Look for sun spots, solar flares or prominences, and discover more about our closest star.

The scopes and equipment will be set up next door to the visitor welcome building.
- What to bring and wear
Please dress suitably for the weather conditions on the day. Sturdy footwear is also advisable as some paths are uneven.

Accessible to all, but please note that this outdoor activity will take place on mixed terrain.
