Open studio with Rosie May Jones

Come along and visit our artist in residence Rosie May Jones in her studio at Leith Hill Place and participate in the creation of a large-scale text and image based collage.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

This collaborative art piece asks visitors: “What does the English landscape mean to you?” So come have your say and share your thoughts and feelings through imagery and text. No previous artistic experience required. You can make your mark on this collage through a variety of accessible creative activities: whether it's through cutting up newspaper headlines or pictures from an old children’s book or maybe drawing your own creative masterpiece, all contributions are welcome. Materials will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring along any old magazines or newspapers you would like to donate.
