Free Wills Month: Meet our Gifts in Wills Team at Birling Gap

This Free Wills Month we're hosting a pop-up event at Birling Gap. Stop by between 10:00am and 4:00pm to meet the National Trust’s gifts in wills team, register for our free will-writing service, and learn how you can protect the places you love.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event

As Free Wills Month approaches this October, it’s the perfect time to reflect on how we can support cherished causes, after ensuring our loved ones are cared for, and think about the future. Imagine the lush woodlands, rolling hills, serene coastal paths, breathtaking views and historic properties of the South Downs. Gifts in wills play a crucial role in funding conservation projects that safeguard these natural wonders while improving access to the countryside and coastlines for everyone to enjoy. Free Wills Month encourages us to consider leaving a gift in our wills to the National Trust, helping local treasures in East Sussex and beyond continue to thrive.

Join the team at Birling Gap for a behind-the-scenes tour and learn how your support enables essential conservation work that preserves our landscape and heritage. Without your generosity, we wouldn’t be able to protect the places we all love. Discover how a gift in your will, no matter the size, can create a lasting legacy.

Booking is not required – simply drop by anytime between 10:00am and 4:00pm on Tuesday 1st October. Meet at the Visitor Centre for a behind-the-scenes tour at 12:00pm or 15:00pm.
