It’s a busy time at the castle getting ready for Christmas. From practicing your festive minstrel dance to finding out what was eaten at a medieval Christmas feast, there are plenty of games and activities to enjoy on this merry medieval trail, perfect for families to get in the festive spirit.
Saturday 30 November – Sunday 5 January (closed 24 & 25 December) 10am–3pm
£2.50 per trail, includes a small Christmas themed prize.

- What to bring and wear
Most areas of the castle are open-air, so please dress for the winter weather. Paths in the grounds can be muddy in wet weather.
- Accessibility
The route to the castle is over gravelled paths. Some areas of the castle are not accessible by wheelchair. Please see the access information at www.nationaltrust.org.uk/bodiamcastle
