Every Fri evening from Fri 21 Jun - Fri 26 Jul we're open until 8.30pm for picnics and live music. Dogs welcome after 4.30pm. Kiosk open. No need to book ahead.

Pack up a picnic, flick out your rug, sit back and relax and enjoy live music on the Main Lawn. Takeaway drinks and snacks will be available from the kiosk and there’s no need to book ahead. Dogs on leads are welcome for these special evening openings from 4.30pm. Normal admission applies to enter the garden, the event is free. Dogs are welcome after 4.30pm only and last entry is at 7.30pm. If you are coming in after 4.30pm admission is half price.
Friday 21 June The Falmer Swing Collective Enjoy the Hot Club Jazz stylings of this four-piece band as they bring you jazz in the style of Django Reinhardt and his contemporaries.
Fri 28 June Will Scott Guitarist Will Scott brings a mix of jazz, classical, Spanish and pop to Nymans.
Every Friday in July Graeme Airth Saxophonist Grame Airth returns for a four-week residency at our Friday lates, with a blend of Bossa Nova, Swinging Jazz and Classic Soul.
