Visit for free and see The Pump House on a guided tour of the woodland with our Ranger. This is a unique opportunity to see a part of Standen which isn't normally open to visitors. Tours at 10.30am - 12pm & 2pm - 3.30pm.

Heritage Open Days at Standen on Friday 6 & Saturday 7 September. Embark on an immersive woodland ramble with our Ranger - a rare opportunity to uncover the rich historical narrative woven into these woods. This unique ranger led tour explores ancient practices and their modern relevance. The house will be open as well as the Arts and Crafts garden. The Barn Cafe serves food and snacks all day long.
Enjoy the beauty of the High Weald landscape as you learn about its historical use and inside knowledge of our trees, flowers and birds. These tours give you exclusive behind the scenes access with our ranger. Limited timed tickets are available on the day on a 'first come, first serve' basis.

Try your hand at mini golf & croquet, race to build a train set, play games on the lawn & dress up in the woodland den. A trail around the garden which imagines the Edwardian Beale family travelling to Standen for a summer day out in the country.
Summer Sunday Music afternoons
Join us on selected Sunday afternoons for live music on the Croquet Lawn. Bring your own chairs or a picnic rug to relax on and enjoy a lazy afternoon with us. 7, 14, 21, & 28 Jul and 4 and 11 Aug between 2pm and 4pm.
