Embark on a magical journey at Chirk Castle this Christmas, as you hunt for hidden stars in our frosted gardens.

Throughout Christmas, from 30 November to 5 January, embark on a starry adventure at Chirk Castle with our festive spotter trail. Pick up a free activity sheet from the Ticket Office and set out to discover the hidden stars scattered throughout our beautifully frosted gardens.

Children are very welcome.

Meeting point

Meet at the Ticket office and pick up your spotter sheet.

What to bring and wear

Dress for the weather. Christmas jumpers are encouraged.

Accessibility

All registered assistance dogs are welcome in the gardens and inside the castle. Our visitor shuttlebus runs from the Ticket Office, up the steep hill to the Castle. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair or step-free access to the castle interior, but there is a step-free route of the garden. Please contact us to borrow and reserve a wheelchair or to hire our Tramper.
