Open Doors

We're opening Tredegar House free of charge as part of CADW's annual Open Doors event.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event

Discover the history of the Morgan family of Tredegar House, exploring grand state rooms, 1930s bedrooms, servants' areas Below Stairs, impressive Stables and beautiful formal gardens. Booking isn't required but we are expecting it to be busy and queues may form to enter the mansion. Dyffryn Gardens is also holding an Open Doors day on 1 September and is only 20 minutes drive from Tredegar House so if we are at capacity when you arrive, Dyffryn Gardens is another great option.
