There are plenty of tricks and treats at the places in our care this Halloween. Enjoy a spooky day out at a spine-shivering event for the whole family near you.

Halloween events 2024

Carve the spookiest pumpkin, follow ghoulish trails and settle down for a ghost story or two. Get stuck into creepy crafts and uncover the magical history of the historic places we care for. Don’t forget to check out our natural play areas and dress up corners, and enjoy acres of space to run around in. You can help to find the missing ingredients on the Witches Potion Trail at Hidcote in Gloucestershire, search out the Petrified Pumpkins at Powis Castle in Powys, hop onto the Broomstick Agility Course at Croft Castle in Herefordshire, or discover tales of witches, dragons and mythical creatures at Mount Stewart in County Down.
