Winter walk with an archaeologist

Join a winter walk around the Avebury landscape with Dr Nick Snashall, National Trust archaeologist for the Stonehenge and Avebury World Heritage Site

Why not leave the crowds behind and join expert archaeologist, Dr Nick, for a winter ramble around the stone circles to learn all about the prehistory of the site and recent research into this enigmatic place? The walk will be followed by a warming drink and mince pies served in the barn, where you'll have an opportunity to ask questions and chat with Dr Nick. Please wrap up warmly and wear appropriate shoes as the ground can be uneven and muddy in places.
