Bats and Bugs drop-in crafts

Join us for some family fun this October half term at our creepy crafting drop-in sessions for all the family.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

Join us for some family fun this October half term at our creepy crafting drop-in sessions for all the family.

Discover some of the secretive autumn residents of Wentworth Castle Gardens and make your own creepy friend to take home.

Call into the Blackbourn room in the conservatory building between 11am & 3pm. The sessions are free, but donations are welcome to help us run more workshops like this in the future.

Why not continue your adventure throughout the gardens and parkland? Can you find some real life creepy crawlies, scuttle like a bug around our nature play space and find the bats hiding in the garden?

Please note these drop-in workshops will not happen on the Wednesday of half term as we will have an alternative workshop focused on broom-making. Please see our separate event listing for more details coming soon.
