A converted barn with countryside views and a pretty garden, close to the Dodman point.
Housed in a traditional stone barn with adjoining cottage Bodrugan, Edgcumbe is located in the hamlet of Penare. With a first floor sitting room to maximise countryside views, and an enclosed garden, Edgcumbe has been thoughtfully renovated with holiday makers in mind.
If you can tear yourself from the tranquillity of the cottage, Dodman Point, the highest point in south Cornwall is just a short walk away, and well worth the trip.
Visit nearby Trerice, a beautiful Elizibethan manor house owned and conserved by the National Trust. Or, if walking is more your thing, join up with the South West Coast Path for some of the best rambling in the country.
