Water: The water at Peppercombe bothy is safe to drink as it is from the mains.
Parking: There is parking for a maximum of two cars just off the lane on the uneven track leading up to the bothy.
Electricity: There is no electricity or lighting in the bothy.
Garden: The garden surrounds the bothy and opens out into surrounding woods. The immediate area in front of the bothy has short grass so you can sit out or play. Elsewhere, the ground is uneven and the grass is wild and long.
Hazards: Due to the remote location of this bothy, access is via a very rough track approximately half a mile long. Please drive very slowly and with great care at all times. Low slung vehicles should exercise particular care.
Dog owners should be aware that there is no enclosed garden at the bothy.
