Three bedrooms (double with 5' bed, double with 6' bed which can also be a twin on request, twin room) bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Access: The island is accessible by ferry. A private National Trust ferry service runs from Sandbanks Jetty (BH13 7QJ) on a scheduled service for holiday guests, staff, volunteers and island residents only. We ask guests to arrive between 3.30pm and 4.30pm so that we can accommodate departing guests. If arriving later than 4.30pm please contact the Property Office on 01202 707744 (by 1.30pm on the day of your arrival) for advice on ferry times.
Passes for the private NT ferry service to and from Sandbanks are provided for guests on arrival for unlimited use during your stay.

Luggage: Maximum weight of 15 kg for any item. There are steps on and off the boat service to the island and all luggage must be easy to transport. Holdalls, small bags and rucksacks are ideal. The boatmen may request that luggage be reduced in weight if too heavy, and that large cases be separated into smaller bags.
Island Facilities: Brownsea Island does not have a shop so you will need to bring food with you. There is a small café on the island, which is open during the day when the island is open from March to October, where you can buy hot food and drinks. You can check café opening times here.
Large groups: Agent’s House can be opened up on the ground floor to the adjoining Custom House to accommodate larger groups.
Wifi: We’re pleased to provide free WiFi access at this accommodation, which is supported by BT. Please note intermittent connection problems can sometimes occur and therefore should not be relied upon.
Heating: The cottage has electric central heating. There is a wood burner in the sitting room which will be laid for you on arrival with enough fuel to get you started.
Logs: Additional logs can be purchased in advance through the contact centre. Logs are available at £9 per bag and this includes kindling.
Parking: There is parking is available for two cars on the Sandbanks jetty. Details will be included in your holiday information documents.
Garden: There is an enclosed garden at the rear with a paved patio area and lawn.
Utilities: The washing machine is now located in the out house in the back garden.
Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage.

Bicycles: We are sorry, but no bicycles are allowed on the island.
The private NT ferry service does not run on 25 & 26 December or 1 January.
