Bwthyn yr Ardd is a former gardener's cottage, adjoining Plas yn Rhiw, a small manor house set in extensive grounds on the Llyn Peninsula. The cottage boasts stunning views over the bay and a real rustic feel inside. Stone walls, an inglenook fireplace and exposed beams run throughout the cottage.
Take advantage of your position on the estate and enjoy the freedom of the gardens and the house when it is open. Head back to the cottage for a late lunch before exploring further afield.

Garden: No private garden; however, guests share the garden with visitors to Plas yn Rhiw estate when the property is open.
Access: The stairs are steep & narrow.
Parking: There is parking in the National Trust Car Park which is a short distance from the property.
Television: Due to the location of the cottage, the digital signal for the television can go off for long periods of time. As such a DVD player is provided, and you may wish to take DVDs with you.
Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage.
Please note: The Plas Yn Rhiw Estate is open from the 21st March until September, 7 days a week. Due to this, the gardening team will find it necessary to operate from 8am most days during this season. Any disturbance will be kept to a minimum but you may experience some noise and activity, although the team are very mindful of guests staying at the cottage.
