About Moryn

Watch the sailing boats drift along the harbour from the roof terrace of this stylish beach retreat. One bedroom Moryn sits at the edge of the beach in the busy fishing village of Porthdinllaen. Inside, large picture windows overlook the sea and across to the mountainous backdrop of Snowdonia. 

Spend a day or two lazing on the sandy beach just outside your door. For walks along the Llyn Peninsula hop onto the Porthdinllaen walk which starts at the Morfa Nefyn car park. 

For more challenging hikes and mountain scenery, head to Snowdonia. A 40 minute drive will lead you to the fringes of the National Park. Hike to Dinas Emrys, an Iron Age hill-fort and legendary birthplace to Wales' red dragon. Trek around the shores of Cwm Idwal's glaciated lake or tackle the mighty peak of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon).

Sitting/dining room with large picture windows, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with 4'6" bed, bathroom with electric shower over bath. External stairs lead to a large roof terrace with spectacular, uninterrupted views over the bay.

Heating: electric wall panel heaters. 

Garden: There is no garden but a large roof terrace with wonderful sea views and tables and chairs. 

Parking: for one car next to the cottage. 

Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage.

Utilities/Electricals: the washing machine and tumble dryer are a combined washer/dryer. The fridge has an ice box.

Television/Audio: iPhone/iPod Docking CD Micro Hi-Fi system with DAB radio.

Child restrictions: Children under 12 are not permitted at this cottage.

Please note: At times of high tide we advise as a precaution that the floodboard is put in place to prevent any possibility of flooding; although this is highly unlikely.
