About Pant Rhiw Cottage

Pant Rhiw is a 19th-century cottage that enjoys breath taking views across Hell’s Mouth Bay. Guests at this restored property can enjoy free access to the Plas-yn-Rhiw manor house and gardens.

If you enjoy walking, you’ve found the perfect holiday home. The area is famous for its fantastic array of coastal walking routes. 

Further afield, visit Abersoch Beach, a hit with surfers, or head to Aberdaron for boat trips to Bardsey Island where you will see a variety of seabirds.

No access for vehicles to get to the cottage. Parking is in a small hamlet and access path is 400m down a very steep, grass track and through two gates. Uneven ground around the cottage. Heating: Air source heat pump heating included.

Parking: There is parking in the nearby shared village car park. The approach to the cottage is along a steep, single lane road. Parking is in a small hamlet and there is no access for vehicles down to the cottage from this point. The track to the cottage is approximately 400m down a long, very steep, grass track and through two gates. It is only suitable for guests who are physically fit and prefer a rural bolthole.

Garden: The garden is wild and drops away at the front and sides. It has spectacular views of Hell’s Mouth Bay and there are sheep grazing in the adjacent fields. Although fencing is in place to the garden, dog owners will need to watch their dogs at all times due to the very close proximity of the sheep. There is uneven ground surrounding the exterior of the cottage.

Utilities: The fridge has an ice box.

Linen: Duvets and pillows will be on the beds, but you must bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels.

Television: A television with Freesat and DVD player are provided – guests may want to bring their own DVDs.

Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage.
