Next to a pretty farmhouse, groups of friends and families will adore this character packed barn close to the coast.
This converted barn is modern, bright and full of coastal charm. Perfect for walkers, families, surfers and outdoor lovers. At the bottom of Rhiw mountain, it’s also close to the long sandy beach at Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth) and within walking distance to Plas yn Rhiw manor house and garden.
Through the entrance porch you’ll find the hall. To the right is the kitchen with dining area and living room beyond. Straight on is a separate toilet, family bathroom with separate shower and a corridor which leads to the bedrooms. The first is a quad room with four single beds, then up a small flight of stairs is the master bedroom and another double bedroom with a door leading to an external stone staircase. Outside, the large garden is shared with Ty’n y Parc Farmhouse next door but you’ll have your own patio furniture for outdoor dining.
The parking for the beach is four miles away at Llanengan. From here you can enjoy the beach at Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth) which is four miles of sand and pebble shore backed by sandy cliffs and craggy headlands, perfect for walking and surfing. You’ll find the nearest pub and shops four miles away at Aberdaron or it’s a little bit further to Abersoch where you’ll find plenty of watersports happening. The bustling market town of Pwllheli is home to the closest supermarket, as well as providing more shops, cafés and pubs, it is perfect for an afternoon stroll.
Immerse yourself in this special corner of Wales. Head to Mynydd Mawr at Uwchmynydd to enjoy spectacular 360 degree views, visit one of the many beautiful beaches and coves or explore iron age hillforts. The Wales Coast Path provides plenty of wildlife watching opportunities from the red billed chough to bottle nose dolphins. When you stay with us the funds from your holiday go towards caring for special landscapes and places like the unique Llŷn Peninsula and its incredible coastline.
