About Lark

Lark Cottage sits alongside a group of 18th-century farm buildings in open countryside. The former cow shed is now a comfortable holiday home, benefiting from a sensitive restoration that retained many of the cottages original features.

Under a mile from Fountains Abbey, make the most of your location and enjoy free entry to this amazing 12th-century World Heritage Site.

A little further afield, go up hill and down dale on a walk within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. There are hundreds of miles of walking routes to choose from. You’ll also be just 20 miles to the spa town of Harrogate and 30 miles to the historic city of York.

Lark is next to four other National Trust cottages, Swallow (sleeps 6), Lapwing (sleeps 6), Curlew (sleeps 6) and Wren (sleeps 2).
