We've listened to what you've told us about wanting more flexibility around your membership preferences, so we’ve created My Account. Find out how to register, make changes to your membership and choose how you want to hear from us.

You can update personal details and contact information, request a replacement membership card, check your membership renewal date and renew online. You can also opt in to receive emails from us. They'll give you access to exclusive member-only competitions, retail discounts, videos with our experts and updates about the important work you help us do.

You can also decide whether you'd like to receive your National Trust Magazine in print or whether you'd prefer the digital version instead. And if your handbook still has plenty of wear left in it, you can choose whether to receive a new one.

The digital magazine includes videos, podcasts and other interactive features. It’s also a convenient way for you to keep up with our latest news, events and inspiration. Whether you use a screen reader, prefer larger text or would like to listen to selected features read out loud, there are plenty of options for you to explore.

How to register for My Account

To register, please visit My Account. You’ll need your membership number, email address and postcode to create your account.

Once you've registered and logged in, you can update your magazine and handbook choices under 'Membership options' in the 'My memberships' section. If you're happy to keep receiving your printed magazine and the Handbook once a year, you don't need to do anything.

Please note that only the lead member (the person who pays for the membership) can register for and manage memberships in My Account at the moment. We hope to introduce the functionality for all members in the future.

If you’re experiencing issues with My Account, please call the Supporter Services Centre on 0344 800 1895.
