The Wolfson Foundation is an independent grant-making charity focused on research and education. It funds programmes in the UK across science, health, heritage, humanities and the arts. Since 2007, the Foundation has awarded almost £10 million in grants to arts and heritage projects at the places in our care.

Our funding partners are crucial to support the work of our cause. The funds we receive each year from the Wolfson Foundation enable the conservation and restoration of the historic collections and buildings we care for and help us to secure further donations.

Future proofing Coughton Court

The Through the Roof project is our biggest conservation investment to protect Coughton Court’s significant collection. Work to improve the façade and roof is funded by our members, supporters and donors, with grant funding from the Wolfson Foundation.
