Specialist tour - Music at Bath Assembly Rooms
Welcome to the first in a series of specialist tours. Join our storytellers to find out about the musical past of Bath Assembly Rooms.

Tour the principle ground floor rooms and hear about musical directors, performers and performances from the Georgian heyday of Bath Assembly Rooms.
Starting in the Ball Room you'll discover what type of music once filled the room and learn about characters such as Thomas Linley before moving through the Tea Room to hear about Rauzzini. There's plenty of other characters to learn about on the way with snippets of music played throughout.
Tours will last approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Tours are aimed at adults, but are also suitable for interested older children. Please book a space for everyone in your party.
Charges apply, National Trust members will need to bring their membership card with them.

Tours are on the ground floor only, level entrance and no steps involved. Accessible toilet available. Please email: bathassemblyrooms@nationaltrust.org.uk for specific requirements.

Please arrive before 3.30pm as the tour will start promptly at that time. Each tour lasts 1 hour 45 minutes. Latecomers will be admitted up to 15 minutes after the start of the tour.
