Learn how the Georgians partied, then dance with us into the present, all while experiencing the sun like never before with Luke Jerram’s Helios.
This seated dancing session is suitable for any adults, including those with more limited mobility. It will also be dementia friendly.
After the seated dancing there will be the opportunity to have a free tea, coffee and cake, and a chance to meet new people.
As this session involves movement to music, if you have any pre-existing health conditions please check with your GP first to make sure you are safe to exercise.
