Play your part in the sparkling future of Bath Assembly Rooms by joining the Luminaries for £250, helping breathe new life into this historic building.

Light up the Rooms as a Luminary

It's time to bring Bath Assembly Rooms back into the spotlight and return it to the heart of the social scene in this World Heritage City. A restoration project is about to get underway and by joining the Luminaries you'll be helping to light up the Rooms once again.

We have ambitious plans to bring back the lost Georgian splendour of the building, reduce reliance on fossil fuels and create a thriving place for communities in Bath.

Becoming a Luminary gives us much needed support to revive and restore the building and bring back a piece of Georgian history.

Luminary benefits

We'll thank you for your generous support with a range of exclusive benefits. On joining you'll receive a welcome pack which includes a set of limited edition postcards and a Bath Assembly Rooms pin badge. During the year you'll receive regular email updates with behind-the-scene progress of the restoration - keeping you up to date with the project and how you have helped to support.

When the new visitor offer opens, you'll receive two complimentary tickets to visit. Your name will appear in the donor book as recognition of the support you've given.

How much does it cost to join the Luminaries?

We're asking for donations of £250 or more to become a Luminary. And thanks to a generous local benefactor, if you join today, your donation will be worth £500 through matched funding.

£250 is a one-off donation that entitles you to be a Luminary for 12 months.

What will my donation be used for?

We have a fundraising target of £3.2m to help enable this vital project to go ahead. We've raised over half this amount so far, but your donation will help us go even further. All funds raised will go directly to the project and will support areas such as the restoration of the ten original Georgian chandeliers, new oak floors being crafted from National Trust timber and the installation of a Georgian-inspired staircase.
