Free family Yoga sessions with Yogi Heather

Join Heather our onsite yoga teacher Friday mornings throughout the summer holidays for a family friendly yoga class; designed for parents and children to enjoy together.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

Our sessions will take place outside in Wightwick’s gardens with the stunning backdrop of the beautiful Victorian manor. The class will involve a short warm up followed by a combination of traditional yoga posture and fun additions to keep youngsters engaged, ending with a brief active meditation.

These yoga sessions are suitable for adults and children who are able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.

It will be essential for participants to bring yoga mats/blankets, extra layers and whatever you feel is appropriate for the weather as we will be outside (with tent cover available if necessary).

These summer classes will be a delightful blend of learning, relaxation and outdoor fun all included with your normal entry fee to the property – running every Friday from 2 – 30 August 2024, 10:20am – 11am.

On your first time attending a class with Heather please try to arrive 10 minutes early for an essential introduction, you will find her on the Thimbles Lawn – our reception team will be able to point you in the right direction when you arrive.

Any questions about whether or not this activity will be suitable for you, what to bring along please email heather on heatherchell1994@gmail.com or phone on 07949591973. All attendees will be asked to fill in a confidential heath questionnaire before participating.
