An adult (18+) workshop aimed at beginners or first time felters with tutor Natalie Harris(Brooks). Natalie is a fine artist using needle felting and the creator of Roly Poly Ponies.
This session is running in the afternoon and will run straight through with no break.
This workshop is aimed at adult beginners and first time needle felters... This is a very good starting point for people new to needle felting. You will be shown basic techniques and the types of wool best for needle felting will be explained. Once the initial sculpt is complete, you will then be able to make your snowman your own by adding accessories and crafting a hat.
All materials are provided. Lunch is not included, the the on-site tearoom will be open or you may bring your own.
Admission to Wightwick Manor is also included and you are welcome to view the house and grounds during the lunch break and once the workshop has ended.
Parking is free.
Note that as Wightwick Manor is a historical venue, some floors may be unlevel and you may have to negotiate some stairs.

- Suitability
Suitable for over 18's.
- Meeting point
Please park in the main car park and make your way up the path to the Manor. The course will take place in the Meeting Room which is located above the Old Manor shop (not wheelchair accessible).
- What to bring and wear
The Meeting Room is heated, but we would recommend you bring extra layers in the winter months as it is located in an old building. Please no stiletto heels. or large bags in the Manor.
- Accessibility
Note that as Wightwick Manor is a historical venue, some floors may be unlevel. The Meeting Room is located on the second floor of the old Manor building, up a short flight of stairs (no wheelchair access). Visitor toilets are in a separate building next to the tearoom.
