November House Tour 2024

Enjoy a tour of the house this November and discover more about the collection and stories that make Anglesey Abbey so special.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

The house is open for tours only from 1 to 21 November while the team prepare the house for the Christmas season.

The house is open daily for tours at 11am, 12.30pm and 2pm. There is no need to pre-book a tour this year. Instead, please ask at the visitor centre to join a tour when you arrive. Please note, the house tours operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so we advise you to arrive early and collect a ticket on the day from the visitor centre to avoid disappointment.

Join one of Anglesey Abbey's November tours and get exclusive access into the house with one of our knowledgeable tour guides. This is your chance to get closer to the stories and objects that make Anglesey Abbey so special and see some of the behind-the-scenes Christmas preparations.

This is a free tour, but a donation would be kindly received to help us care for the collection and support the conservation work at Anglesey Abbey.

Enjoy a treasure-themed tour in a selection of rooms on the ground floor of the house including The Living Room, Oak Room, Long Gallery and Dining Room. The gardens, shop and restaurant are open as usual. Normal admission applies.

Please note that Anglesey Abbey is closed for a staff training day on Monday 18 November and the house is closed on Friday 22 November before the Christmas launch.
