Summer of Play at Anglesey Abbey
Bring the whole family to enjoy a jam-packed summer of fun!
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
Get ready for a beach-themed Summer of Play at Anglesey Abbey, sponsored by Starling Bank. Bursting with energy, we have an activity-packed day suitable for the whole family during the summer holidays.
Have a play in the giant sand pit, take part in some seaside arts & crafts and challenge your friends to a game of badminton or volleyball. There will be five creative and interactive seaside play zones around the gardens where you can get your creativity flowing and learn more about nature at the seaside. These zones with multiple activities will be available to enjoy every day in the gardens from 21 July to 31 August. There's plenty to keep you busy and coming back for more throughout the summer holidays.
In addition to the above activities, crazy golf and archery will be back, and you can enjoy puppet shows, bubble shows, art & craft workshops and plenty of refreshments. Check back here soon to find out the dates and times of those activities.
Normal admission applies for all activities. Anglesey Abbey is open 9.30am to 5.30pm daily throughout the summer holidays (last entry 4.30pm). Please note that there will be an additional charge for some of the activities, like crazy golf and archery.
