Get ready for a baa-rilliant day out as Shaun the Sheep comes to Anglesey Abbey this spring.

From 1 March to 27 April 2025, twelve ewe-niquely designed Shaun the Sheep sculptures will be displayed at the National Trust’s Anglesey Abbey, Gardens and Lode Mill in Cambridgeshire.

In collaboration with Wild in Art and Aardman, the Find the Flock trail promises fun for the whole family. Each super-sized Shaun the Sheep sculpture, standing tall at 160cm, will be positioned at iconic locations around the gardens at Anglesey Abbey.

The flock has been painted by twelve different national and international artists with bright colours and funky, bold patterns. Visitors are invited to pick up a trail map and embaa-rk on a journey through art and adventure around the grounds, learning more about the artists as they go.

Meghan Curteis, Experience and Visitor Programming Manager at Anglesey Abbey, said, “We are so excited to have our woolly friend Shaun the Sheep at Anglesey Abbey this spring! The sculpture trail is a great opportunity for visitors to explore the gardens with friends and family, discover some great art, and see the garden spring to life.”

The flock will be making its way to celebrate Easter in Cambridgeshire at Anglesey Abbey, welcoming visitors from 1 March 2025.

The Easter Adventures trail at Anglesey Abbey, from 5 to 21 April in the school holidays, will also run alongside the special Shaun the Sheep sculpture display. Children can complete the activity alongside each sculpture, then collect a chocolate reward at the end.

Charlie Langhorne, Managing Director and Co-founder said, “We're thrilled to be continuing our ongoing partnership with Aardman Animations to bring Shaun the Sheep to Anglesey Abbey. We hope visitors will discover the joy of the trail and see how our incredible artists have brought this iconic and cheeky character to life.”

The grounds at Anglesey Abbey are open daily from 9.30am to 5pm in March and from 9.30am to 5.30pm in April. The Find the Flock trail is free for National Trust members while normal admission charges apply for non-National Trust members. Please check the Anglesey Abbey website for up-to-date opening days and times before you visit.

We look forward to welcoming you.
