The Railways Heritage Trust is celebrating it 40th birthday this year. To celebrate that anniversary its Director, Tim Hedley-Jones, will talk about a selection of some of the more than 2000 projects which they have supported in that time, and which are featured in a travelling exhibition called ‘Forty years of Transformation’. Tim will talk about why looking after our railway heritage is so important, and some of the challenges restoration projects face.
