Heritage Open Day
We're opening our doors for free entry at Little Moreton Hall as part of Heritage Open Day.

As part of Heritage Open Day, Little Moreton Hall will be open to all visitors free of charge. Take a look inside this unique Tudor house and enjoy a walk around the garden. Last entry to the hall is at 4pm. The Welcome Building closes at 4:30pm.
Children can search for the 'Wandering Wolves' who have escaped the Moreton Family Crest. See how many you can spot.

The basics

Please head to the Welcome Building first and our lovely and helpful Welcome Team will point you in the right direction and help you make the most of your visit.
- What to bring and wear
Please dress appropriately for the weather on the day. Uneven surfaces in and around the hall, so please where sturdy footwear.
- Accessibility
Uneven ground in the outdoors and uneven floors in the hall. Cobbles in the courtyard. Powered mobility vehicles are not able to enter into the building at this time. Manual wheelchairs available to borrow. Prams and pushchairs to be left under the main Gateway, tucked in at the sides. Please do not leave them in the courtyard or by doorways.

Booking not needed. One-off free entry. Talk to our Welcome Team about National Trust membership and how you can help to support us a charity. Room Guides and other staff and volunteers will be able to help answer questions about the history of the hall and the Moretons who lived here.
