Block printing - the basics

Join us this May half-term for a delightful introduction to the art of block printing!

In this hands-on workshop, you'll have the chance to explore a variety of materials to print on, including wrapping paper, greeting cards, gift tags, small tote bags, tea towels, and fabric. Discover the beauty of this traditional technique, using intricately carved wooden blocks to create stunning designs.

You’ll enjoy a thorough demonstration, followed by plenty of time to experiment and refine your skills before printing your chosen item. This workshop is ideal for children aged 10 and above, though they must be accompanied by a paying adult to take part.

It’s a perfect creative experience for all the family—come and unleash your artistic flair this half term.
