Trust10 trail run at Pentire
The Trust10 is a monthly trail run that gives you the opportunity to explore Pentire headland whilst enjoying a challenging run.

Join us at Pentire for a free 10k waymarked trail run, that takes place the fourth Sunday of every month. Enjoy the coastal views including of the Rumps. Runners of all abilities are welcome to take part in the trail runs at Pentire, but this is a challenging route on a rugged section of the South West Coast Path.
It includes 1.5 laps of a circular route, so there is an option to do a slightly shorter 6.35km route.
In the event of very bad weather, a final decision on whether the run will go ahead or not will be made at 3pm on the Saturday before. Please check for the most up to date information.

The basics
- Meeting point
Meet at the courtyard next to the main car park at Pentireglaze (PL27 6QY). Registration begins at 8.30am. There is a pre-run briefing at 8.50am and the run begins at 9am.
- What to bring and wear
We recommend trail shoes as well as running clothing appropriate for the weather. Bring your own timing device if you wish and a phone to take a photo of the route map as well as a bottle of water.
- Accessibility
We welcome everyone to give the Trust10 at Pentire a go, but please be aware that it's not a parkrun-style event. The route includes running along narrow coastal footpaths which can be steep and have steps in places. Please be prepared for a lot of ups and downs along the route, which passes by some unfenced cliff edges.
- Other
Recommended age of runners is over 14. Children under the ago of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Pentyr Café will be open for hot and cold drinks from 8.30am with the full menu, including hot bacon or sausage baps, available from 10am.
