Join the Lorna Doone Valley team on a guided walk around the Doone Valley and beyond to discover the real-life inspiration for the novel Lorna Doone. R.D.Balckmore set his famous romance novel in and around the Doone Valley. The walk will explore the inspiration for the water slide where the couple first met and the church where they got married. Along with other sites mentioned in the novel.
At the end receive a free tree sapling to plant at home with a loved one. To help restore nature in your home or local area.
This gift is part of the Exmoor Coast Blossom Project which plans to gift hundreds of trees. To help restore nature and provide a future home for wildlife.

There are two accessible parking spaces. There is a portable hearing loop available. The walk is over undulating and muddy ground with two steep sections.
