Meet author Claire Brown as she introduces us to her fantastic book The Wonderweeds as well as exploring the Wonder Weeds of Parke too.

First Draft Books of Bovey Tracey and the National Trust invite you to gather in the Walled Garden at Parke for this special event. Claire Brown, author and knowledgeable grower and forager, will read some of her captivating and educational poems while also talking to us about the value and wonder of plants in our gardens. There will be an opportunity to purchase your own copy of the book, or just enjoy a fun family visit.

What to bring and wear

Be ready for our Devon weather as we will be outside. There is a small gazebo for some shelter from any expected, or unexpected showers.

Accessibility

The garden is accessible from the car park down a steep driveway but there are no steps.
