Songs and Stories with Father Christmas 2024

Fancy a Father Christmas with a difference? Sit down & join Father Christmas in the stables as he shares the story of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas & some festive songs for the whole family to join in.

  • Booking essential

Join Father Christmas in a musical storyland session where singing loudly is highly encouraged.

Father Christmas will share some tales of Christmasses gone by as well as taking you through the story of ‘Twas the Night before Christmas.

Remember to bring your best singing voices as Father Christmas will be singing some festive favourites to get us all into the Christmas spirit.

At the end of the session, you will also receive a wrapped Christmas book as a gift from Father Christmas.

This is not your average Father Christmas experience! Our Santa is loud (and a little bit cheeky), he plays loud music and instruments and will make everyone laugh with his jokes.

Please be advised that the Father Christmas session will start with loud drumming and music playing as you enter the room.

This session is designed for families with children over the age of 6. This is a 45- minute sit down session and best enjoyed by children who are able to engage for this length of time.

Songs and Stories sessions must be pre-booked in advance by clicking on the ‘Check availability’ button.

We are also offering grotto sessions this year for families who would prefer to have a chat with Santa and receive a gift. See events page for details.

Our Father Christmas is played by Clive PiG - Storyteller and Children's Author.

Entry to Father Christmas does not include entrance to the house or gardens. This needs to be booked separately. Parking charges apply unless NT members
