Join local meditation and yoga teacher Sonja Lockyer for an inspiring session designed for all levels. This is your chance to break away from the stresses of everyday life and immerse yourself in nature's embrace.
After your yoga practice, nourish your body with a delicious picnic dinner. Then, transition into a deeply calming meditation session led by Sonja. This meditation will help you centre your mind, release tension, and find inner peace amidst the natural beauty surrounding you.
End the evening with a special nightjar walk, where the heath is filled with the enchanting churring of nightjars as they glide and swoop overhead.
It's a magical, memorable experience not to be forgotten at this special time of year.

The basics
- Booking details
Call 0344 249 1895 Please note that tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by NT.
- Meeting point
The boat will leave from Poole Quay at 5pm, please allow plenty of time to park and arrive at the Quay early.
- What to bring and wear
Bring comfy clothing for yoga, a yoga mat and something warm (including a blanket if necessary). Mosquito repellent advised.
- Accessibility
Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access on the boat.
