Enjoy an hour of mindful movement and connection with Leah Miles Yoga.
Leah Miles runs regular beach yoga sessions every Tuesday morning for one hour starting at 9.15am at Hive Beach.
In these mindfully-conducted classes, breathwork, movement and stillness are used to encourage and enhance inner reflection, exploration and self awareness which in turn calms the mind and soothes the soul.
The sessions all take place outside on the beach where the sound of the waves and the wind leave you feeling replenished and energised.
Please wear weather appropriate clothing whilst also ensuring it is suitable for a yoga session, you will need to bring a yoga mat or towel. If the weather is very bad the sessions will be cancelled for your own safety.
