Estate Walk: Shapwick and Tarrant Crawford
Step out and join a delightful morning walk around the countryside taking in Shapwick, the River Stour, Tarrant Crawford and Bishops Court Farm. Distance: approx. 6 miles. Time: approx. 3.5 hours.

This volunteer led walk will take in the beautiful countryside around the River Stour starting from the 12th century Norman church in Shapwick heading through the water meadows towards the beautiful village of Tarrant Crawford before heading back via Bishops Court Farm.
This walk includes a guided tour of Shapwick's St Bartholomew's Norman church, with its square tower.

Please wear appropriate sturdy walking shoes and clothing for the weather conditions. Ground can be wet and muddy following rain. Please bring any food and drink needed.
