Can you capture the beauty of Studland Bay through photography? If so, we'd love you to enter our new monthly photography competition.

Studland Bay

Studland Bay is a glorious slice of natural coastline in Purbeck featuring the iconic Old Harry Rocks, views to the Isle of Wight, a four-mile stretch of golden, sandy beach and unique sand dunes and heathland which are a haven for wildlife.  The area features all six British reptiles and designated trails through the sand dunes and woodlands allow for exploration and spotting of deer, insects and bird life as well as a wealth of wild flowers.

Monthly photography competition

We are asking visitors to take up the challenge of capturing an image of Studland Bay that fits a monthly theme.

We welcome amateur and professional photographers alike, using any equipment but the quality just needs to be good enough to be professionally printed (see terms and conditions below).

Each month there will be a new theme that will be updated on our website and on social media on the 1st of each month so please do keep checking back.

November's theme

November's theme is Fungi at Studland Bay.

Entries for the November theme will be accepted from Friday 1st November 2024 to Sunday 24th November 2024.

How to enter

Entries must be submitted within the photography competition event on the Studland Bay Facebook page.   Entries must be tagged with @National Trust Studland Bay and @ntstudlandbay
