Ramblers Wellbeing Walk
Enjoy some fresh air, company and light exercise on these free, regular walks, designed to support health and wellbeing for all.

These sessions are held in collaboration with The Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity (BRCC) and aims to give everyone the opportunity to experience the wellbeing benefit of nature.
They are experienced at a gentle pace, last 60-90 minutes and there can be plenty of pauses along the way. Please note, each session will vary, depending upon the landscape and weather on the day.
Starting at 1pm on Thursday 23 January 2025, the walks run fortnightly from our Visitor Centre courtyard.

Please meet at the Visitor Centre courtyard.
- What to bring and wear
Wear clothes to keep yourself warm, comfortable and dry, plus shoes suitable for walking. You may also want to bring a bottle of drinking water.

This event is unfortunately not accessible to those with limited mobility.
