Join Landscape Archaeologist Dr Al Oswald to discover clues hidden in plain sight in the garden and in the fields surrounding Smallhythe Place.
First explored by Time Team’s Stewart Ainsworth during the 1990s, the earthworks (or ‘lumps and bumps’ in the fields) help to tell the story of the landscape.
Further surveys during The Dig project have enabled us to learn much more about the site.
Join us for an evening of insightful exploration around Smallhythe.
