Floral Art Exhibition at Acorn Bank

See the house and garden transformed by floral art as Acorn Bank hosts a floral exhibition by Flowers North West.

We're thrilled to be hosting a Floral Art Exhibition this summer, organised and created by the North West branch of the National Association of Flower Arrangers.

'Inside Out, Outside In'

Members of Flowers North West will be bringing their creativity to Acorn Bank with beautiful flower arrangements, which will be dotted throughout the garden and house, and celebrating the theme 'Inside Out, Outside In'. The displays will be supported by small drop-in workshops, also delivered by Flowers North West members. Here's a taster of what's to come...

  • Willow dragonflies and waterlilies in the Sunken Garden

  • Flower arrangements in urns at the front of the house

  • Windowsill cottage gardens in the Drawing Room

  • Floral book sculptures in the second-hand bookshop

Green fingers

We're working hard to put sustainability at the heart of everything we do at Acorn Bank. That's why all of the flowers used in this exhibition will be locally grown, and no Oasis (microplastics) will be used.

Get closer to nature

Working with Flowers North West, we're looking forward to seeing how this exhibition - set in this tranquil, unique and characterful garden - helps people to immerse themselves in nature. You might even be inspired to create your own floral art!
