Pavement art with Jiweni community arts
Join artist Anne Blankson-Hemans from Jiweni community arts for some free creative fun with chalk and charcoal near the Candlestick above Whitehaven Harbour.

While ranger Chris and a group of volunteers plant spring bulbs nearby to bring more colour to the coast in spring, come and add your colours to autumn with a pavement art session led by Anne from Jiweni community arts. Drop by any time between 12 and 3 and join in the fun!

Dress for the weather forecast, wear clothes you don't mind getting a bit of chalk and charcoal on. We will provide all art materials.

The area around the candlestick is step-free, and we will provide a wheelchair accessible portaloo. There are 5 benches. This is an outdoor site and could be windy.
