Community Tree Planting at Lunt

Join us this February at Lunt and help us plant 1500 trees.

  • Booking essential

Throughout January and February, we are planting 92,000 trees across our newly acquired land at Lunt, connecting habitats in the area. One of our fields will eventually become a Forest School and we would love your support to transform this once private field into an exciting and educational space. We will be planting mixed dry woodland species including: Scots Pine, Sycamore and Wild Cherry.

These sessions will be one off with two half day sessions on both the 15th and 21st of February. Parking is available on site but is very limited so please walk or use public transport where you can.

We will meet at the Lancashire Wildlife Learning Centre at the Lunt Meadows Nature Reserve and walk to the planting field. We will have access to the centre which will have facilities including toilets.
