Wobbel Yoga at Sheringham Park
Add to your child's Summer of Play experience with fun and mindful yoga workshops using balance boards. For ages 18 months - 12 years.

Join us in the shade of the Bower Garden where children's creativity, balance and strength will be celebrated.
These 30-minute small-group workshops will be full of fun movement and exercises for little minds and bodies using the wobbel - a beautiful balance board which enhances body awareness in a playful way.
All sessions will be led by Sophie from The Yoga Feed, Norwich.
Schedule and age brackets:
10:00-10:30 | 18 months-4 years
10:40-11:10 | 5-8 year olds
11:20-11:50 | 9-12 year olds
12:00-12:30 | 18 months-4 years
13:00-13:30 | 5-8year olds
13:40-14:10 | 9-12 year olds
14:20-14:50 | 18 months-4 years
Tickets are £5 per child.
Wobbel boards and yoga mats will be provided.
Siblings in different age brackets can be booked on to the same session.

- Meeting point
Follow signs to the Bower Garden, a few minutes walk from the events field, down the main drive.
- What to bring and wear
Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Bare feet needed on the boards, or socks with grips.
- Accessibility
Paths toward the Bower Garden are bonded gravel. The paddock where the workshops take place is grassy. There is an accessible toilet in the toilet block to the side of the Courtyard Café.
- Other
You can arrive at Sheringham Park any time before or after the workshop to enjoy a full day of exploration.
