- Meeting point
Park in the car park and make your way to the Walled Garden where the performance will take place.
- What to bring and wear
Please bring your own rugs or low-backed seating. This is an outdoor performance, please wear weather appropriate clothing.
- Accessibility
The route from the carpark to Walled Garden is on an incline, please leave 10 minutes to walk from your car. Pathways are suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs. There is an accessible toilet in Market Place. An access bus will be available for shuttles to and from the car park. For any questions about access, please email lucy.stockdale@nationaltrust.org.uk.

Gates open at 5.45pm and the show begins at 6.45pm. The performance is due to end around 9.15pm and the main gates will close at 9.45pm. Refreshments will be available to purchase, and we also welcome you to bring along your own refreshments (excluding alcohol). Fresh pizza from Gibside Pizza Pit will be served until the start of the show. Hot and cold snacks and drinks, including cream teas and ice cream, and alcohol will be available from the café. For a group booking of ten or more or for enquiries regarding carer tickets, please email admin@chapterhouse.org. Outdoor performances will continue in all but the worst of weather, be sure to dress accordingly. All tickets are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation due to exceptionally bad weather or other extenuating circumstances, alternative arrangements shall be made. No dogs except assistance dogs.
