Step into the quiet magic of Ardress House, nestled away in the rolling hills of the Armagh countryside, where history, nature, and mindfulness will come together in a truly immersive experience.

  • Booking essential

Guided by Judith Greene, an experienced local mindfulness teacher and Ena, an experienced National Trust Guide, you’ll embark on a carefully crafted journey of presence and exploration, as you wander through the elegant Georgian interiors and tranquil gardens.

Judith will invite you to tune into the sights, sounds, and features of this enchanting estate in a unique and meaningful way; weaving moments of meditation and mindfulness throughout.

Ena will bring the house to life, sharing its rich history as you mindfully explore its spaces and stories.

In the interior of this historic house, you’ll experience amongst the other rooms, the exquisite Drawing Room, where the soothing sounds of a live harpist will create a moment of stillness and peace, allowing you to fully absorb the beauty of the room and connect with the music and yourself.

We’ll mindfully walk the gardens* and enjoy the natural surroundings of the Armagh countryside and orchards before finally, gathering in the Threshing Barn to enjoy a delicious locally produced treat rounding off a truly special day.

An unforgettable blend of history, mindfulness and music; this is truly an experience like no other – a perfect opportunity to slow down, pause and awaken your senses, giving you an opportunity to step into the past and your presence.
