Enjoy our 10km run which involves four undulating loops between grassy pastures and planted woodland of this green oasis overlooking the Mourne Mountains.

You can build up to the full 10k adding a loop each month as your confidence develops. This is not a timed run, so if a time is important to you bring along your own device'

The Trust10 run is free and will begin at 9am. Registrations from 8.30am. 

Booking is not required for this free event.

Please car share where possible to help reduce traffic congestion. Every little bit helps to protect the places in our care.

Meditation Coach Ann will share practical techniques to support you in nurturing a meditation practice. When we are living in the present moment, our minds are liberated from thoughts about the past or the future.  In the present moment there is no fear or anxiety.

You will learn:

About the many physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of meditation
How to use the gits of meditation and nature to support you to connect to the present moment
How to develop a calm but alert state of mind,  where the body is relaxed and the mind is focused but at rest
How to develop tools to quieten your mind using the natural resources of the breath, body and senses to connect to the present moment
How to use everyday activities to support your practice through walking and eating meditation practice
Let us know of any health conditions, allergies or mobility issues and we will try our best to support you.

Join Meditation Coach Ann from Xhale in a workshop where you can learn to meditate and to support stress prevention.
